What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide necessary information for informed decision-making
- Support customers through various communication channels including email and phone
- Process customer orders and returns while maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Help customers understand their DEXA bone scan results and provide administrative support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid background in customer service
- Passion for natural health and wellness
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Humble attitude with a desire for feedback and self-improvement
- Availability to work one weekend day as part of a flexible schedule
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the health and wellness industry
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in customers
- Experience with administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Familiarity with DEXA bone scans and bone health topics
