What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide knowledgeable support to customers regarding products and bone health inquiries
- Actively listen to customers and assist them in making informed decisions
- Process customer orders, returns, and DEXA bone scan results
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative tasks
- Set customers up for maximum success through excellent service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid background in customer service
- Passion for natural health and wellness
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to accept and seek feedback for continuous improvement
- Availability to work one weekend day and flexible to meet scheduling needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the health and wellness industry
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and inspire confidence
