      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service support to providers through live chat, offering updates on credentialing and contracting status
      - Resolve issues efficiently during the first interaction by navigating complex computer systems
      - Deliver information and answer questions positively to build rapport with providers
      - Document provider issues and report overall trends for continuous improvement
      - Make outbound calls as needed to complete case resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service) using phones and computers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new complex systems
      - Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
      - English proficiency is mandatory
