      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer an average of 40+ calls per day from customers, addressing their inquiries

      - Meet call center goals while providing accurate information in a professional manner
      - Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and enhance service quality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in using a computer and good organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Demonstrated ability to remain calm and helpful in challenging situations
      - Familiarity with call center operations and metrics
