      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage large volumes of incoming calls while maintaining high service standards
      - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve inquiries
      - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication
      - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within designated time limits
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service abilities with a track record of exceeding quotas
      - Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices
      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      - High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with outbound calling and sales or upselling
      - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with Spanish language skills being advantageous
      - Strong data entry skills and computer proficiency
