What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers with plumbing, drain, or HVAC issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screening

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a home services industry
- Knowledge of plumbing, drain, or HVAC systems
- Additional customer service certifications or training
