What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing plumbing, drain, or HVAC issues
- Actively listen to customer needs to provide effective solutions
- Schedule service calls that align with customer availability
- Accurately enter data into the system for technicians dispatched for repairs
- Handle high-volume inbound calls efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound calls
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
