Position is in-office located in Augusta, Maine.

Sunday 10a - 5p
Monday - Thursday 8a-5p
$17.50-$19.00 dependent on experience
We are looking for someone with demonstrable customer centric attitude and professional demeanor. Must be proficient in MS Office suite – Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment.
We Deliver the Goods:
A Customer Service Associate at Performance Foodservice is vital to the success of our Company. As a part of the sales support team, this position is the first point of contact for all customers that have questions about their order, our products or about Performance Foodservice. They act as a liaison between the customer and the Sales Account Representative as well as internal departments. They are a member of the Customer Service team that functions within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area.
Customer Centric attitude with professional demeanor.
Must be proficient in MS Office suite – Outlook, Word & especially Excel in a SharePoint environment.Preferred Qualifications

1 - 2 years customer service, call center and / or related area within foodservice industry.
