What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage all customer requests, including orders, discrepancies, product inquiries, and returns
- Collaborate with various company channels to ensure customer expectations are met and foster a positive experience
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with customers and sales teams through effective communication
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective action plans based on survey results
- Perform typing and data entry of confidential client and financial information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information
- Must display a high level of integrity and honesty
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and follow through on commitments
- Self-starter who proposes solutions rather than waiting for others to solve problems
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute

- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Familiarity with data entry and managing confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
