What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the frontline representative of the employer's brand, engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints promptly
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Educate customers on website usage and available products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of online customer service chat experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a self-motivated team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in using current technologies and products in the industry
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot equipment independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook, as well as various CRM systems
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for books
