      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison with customers on administrative matters and respond to customer requests
      - Manage inquiries related to orders, product tracking, billing, and paperwork
      - Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues that may hinder order processing
      - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Utilize multiple systems/programs for order entry and customer interaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of previous customer service experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and find solutions in a fast-changing environment
      - Understanding of technical products; product knowledge in uniforms or certified products is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Oracle preferred
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, through various channels

      - Experience in a customer service role within a technical or product-focused environment
      - Familiarity with order entry systems and sales processes
