What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in a contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance industry
- Ability to work overtime as required to support business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills
