      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with policyholders, providers, and plan participants via phone or written correspondence to address inquiries and resolve issues
      - Document customer inquiries and related data electronically
      - Assist service teams with back-office support functions
      - Maintain confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders in compliance with privacy policies
      - Support department goals by meeting established service standards and metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance preferred
      - Ability to work overtime as needed to support business needs
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated initiative
      - Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills

      - Experience in a contact center or customer service environment
      - Familiarity with dental or insurance industry practices
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess situations effectively
      - Previous experience with electronic documentation systems
