- Customers who got Flat tire
- Customers who Ran out of gas
- Customers who have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars
- Customers whose cars are broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic
- Customers who met with an accident
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong communication skills – well spoken / written
- De-escalation skills are a definite asset
- Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment
- Manage high volume of calls
- Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities
- Comfortable with phone systems and technology
- Flexible availability
- Working on obtaining your 911 operator certificate and looking to gain experience
- High speed internet connection with direct access to your Modem or internet Hub (connect with Ethernet cable)
- Private and quiet work space for work from home days
- Availability to work 37.5 hours/week
- Mandatory paid training - 3 weeks Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Full-Time Opportunities Available
- Hourly wages starting at $17.00/hour
