What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment on the lot
- Educate customers on products and services while answering their questions
- Perform other duties as assigned and participate in ongoing education programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
- Comfort working in a moderate-risk environment with safety precautions
- Willingness to participate in U-Haul's nicotine-free hiring policy in specific states
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
