      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage New Account set-up for retail customers, including hospitals and surgery centers
      - Handle inbound phone calls to assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issues
      - Process order entries by verifying purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
      - Maintain the Medical Customer Database by ensuring up-to-date customer information
      - Process product returns accurately and in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One to three years of experience in a data entry and/or customer service-related position
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
      - Strong data and order entry skills with proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and xlookup functions
      - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience in a product/sales environment
      - Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
      - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
