What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone and email support to ensure the smooth daily operation of services
- Work scheduled shifts, with additional bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or predetermined holidays
- Assist drivers and passengers in addressing their questions and concerns
- Focus on customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively
- Take on increased tasks and responsibilities, with the potential for corresponding compensation growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different contexts
- Enjoyment of providing advice and support over the phone
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions in real-time
- Passion for the mission of improving mobility accessibility and reducing the world's carbon footprint
