What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers in setting up claims
- Review and process all incoming forms and paperwork accurately
- Communicate professionally with constituents and stakeholders through various channels
- Utilize office systems and databases to complete required tasks
- Assist with other office projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-year college education or equivalent job-related experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent active listening skills and professionalism with challenging callers
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Excel and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project coordination and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 20-25 pounds, such as boxes with records
