      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment
      - Assist patients with updating billing information, establishing payment plans, and scheduling appointments
      - Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
      - Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients
      - Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Required prior experience in data entry
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices
      - Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
      - Bilingual skills to assist a diverse patient population
      - Additional certifications relevant to customer service or healthcare
