      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payments
      - Assist with patient service needs, including billing updates and payment inquiries
      - Provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
      - Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients
      - Educate members on plan benefits and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Prior data entry experience is required
      - High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to research and resolve inquiries effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with healthcare benefits and claims processes
      - Additional certifications related to customer service or healthcare
      - Bilingual skills to assist a diverse patient population
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
