      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve standard and non-standard customer inquiries through telephone, written, or face-to-face communication
      - Engage with customers confidently and perform a full range of customer service duties
      - Utilize product knowledge to address customer concerns effectively
      - Maintain high standards for internal adherence, efficiency, and inquiry timeliness
      - Perform additional duties as assigned or requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
      - Exceptional listening and communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service
      - Proficiency in asking effective probing questions for issue resolution

      - Experience in handling challenging customer inquiries and de-escalating situations
      - Knowledge of healthcare products and services
