      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims
      - Analyze problems and provide effective solutions to customer issues
      - Research and resolve aged Customer Service open calls within company standards
      - Document information and changes in the database for accurate tracking and analysis
      - Identify inefficiencies within established processes and suggest improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service within a call center environment
      - Good communication and telephone skills with a clear and concise speaking voice
      - Proficient written communication skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
      - Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with proficient organizational skills
      - Fluent in English (oral and written) required; bilingual in Spanish preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Health Benefits and eligibility
      - Experience in analyzing data to address operational challenges
      - Familiarity with Health Care Processing System (HCPS) or similar systems
      - Track record of creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
      - Proven ability to implement process improvements and innovations
