What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer service activities related to self-pay and insurance billing inquiries
- Assist patients in resolving billing issues, including setting up payment plans
- Document and report customer complaints and interactions in the appropriate systems
- Track trends in customer service encounters and recommend resolutions
- Communicate effectively and follow up on customer service processes in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in revenue cycle functions within a healthcare setting
- Previous service/call center experience with strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications

- Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications and skills validation competencies
