What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls to resolve inquiries related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payments
- Provide quality customer service by addressing patient needs such as billing updates and scheduling
- Educate members on plan benefits and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Communicate effectively to ensure a positive experience for all members and patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience
- Ability to work full-time during standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Must be able to travel on-site if connectivity issues arise
