      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, plan benefits, claims payment, and patient service inquiries
      - Provide quality customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and education
      - Assist with updating billing information, establishing payment plans, and resolving payment inquiries
      - Support patient scheduling and other related tasks as needed
      - Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Previous data entry experience
      - Ability to work remotely and travel on-site if connectivity issues arise
      - Availability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-volume call center environment
