      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to patient and guarantor inquiries regarding billing, insurance processing, and payment arrangements
      - Provide timely and accurate account reviews, ensuring issues are resolved during initial contact whenever possible
      - Document all patient interactions and account actions to establish a clear audit trail
      - Utilize Epic and other support systems to gather information and resolve inquiries effectively
      - Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all communications are professional and courteous

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent required
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in a healthcare setting
      - Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of Epic billing systems preferred
      - Ability to maintain a high call volume and meet performance metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree preferred
      - Experience with medical terminology and understanding of liability claims
      - Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
      - Familiarity with financial assistance programs and policies in healthcare
      - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues independently
