What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve complex inquiries using multiple information systems and policy manuals
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Advise customers on policy and coverage changes while ensuring sufficient coverage
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
- Strong computer, phone, typing, grammar, and multitasking skills
- Strong active listening skills and ability to provide quality customer experiences
- Current Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent or Personal Lines Broker-Agent license required, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Fluency in Spanish required for the Spanish-speaking queue

- Previous insurance and/or call center experience
- Ability to adapt to change and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
