What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-class customer service on all customer interactions via phone, email, and mail
- Manage the calendar and schedule for the Fulfillment and Customer Support Director
- Process and respond to inquiries efficiently, improving daily volume and quality
- Handle technical questions related to digital platforms and subscriptions
- Support the Fulfillment and Customer Support Director by drafting correspondence and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A college degree and at least two years of professional work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in modern computer technology and customer service principles
- Ability to take proactive action in a fast-paced environment
- Basic familiarity with the offerings of The Mother Church and the Christian Science Publishing Society
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with writing and customer communications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other relevant technologies
- Mother Church membership is preferred
