What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter and review license application information in the employer's computer system
- Communicate with applicants regarding application deficiencies and assist in resolving issues
- Answer inquiries about licensing and renewal requirements through various channels
- Participate in process improvement meetings and contribute ideas for departmental enhancements
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to licensing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service and/or the insurance or appraisal industry
- Knowledge of relevant Arizona laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Proficiency in using software applications such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective professional relationships with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance or appraisal industry
- Familiarity with professional correspondence formats and grammar usage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in handling complex communication scenarios
- Understanding of the principles and practices of administration
