What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze license applications submitted through various platforms, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Respond to inquiries from applicants and licensees regarding policies, procedures, and application statuses
- Enter and maintain data in the department's databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist applicants in submitting necessary documentation for various types of licenses
- Prepare and update departmental policies and procedures related to licensing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in customer service and/or insurance
- Considerable knowledge of the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System (NMLS)
- Strong analytical skills necessary for evaluating applications
- Proficient in using various computer software applications at an advanced level
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
