What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent a leading online tuxedo rental company professionally and positively
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, focusing on phone communication
- Resolve customer issues, provide product information, and assist with order placements and returns
- Share insights on customer trends and recommend process improvements
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical savvy
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Familiarity with customer service ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Talkdesk, SalesForce)
- Previous remote work experience
