      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and memberships
      - Deliver personalized solutions and recommend valuable products and services
      - Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
      - Think quickly and critically to resolve issues in a non-scripted environment
      - Maintain a positive attitude while multitasking and navigating multiple systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
      - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
      - Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Must reside within 30 miles of the training location

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish fluency is a plus
      - A flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change
