What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls to assist with various insurance-related inquiries
- Listen to customer issues, offer solutions, and promote additional products and services
- Engage members and team members with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach
- Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, open to continuous coaching and development
- Perform data entry and computer navigation tasks while actively listening to customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check and drug test

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Word preferred
- Fluency in English required
- Professional communication skills required
