What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and memberships
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
- Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real-time
- High school diploma or GED
- Must reside within 30 miles of the training location and pass a background check and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change
