      Duties include completing contract forms, preparing change of address records, and receiving orders for installation, turn-on, disconnection and other changes in water service; issuing customer orders through the Computer Information System (CIS) software to coordinate with both field and billing units; resolving billing or service complaints and referring grievances to designated departments for investigation; and performing financial transactions such as cashiering for charges billed, and monitoring and reconciling daily transactions. Duties will require providing a high level of customer service to callers and visitors both internal and external. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years experience using high volume operations standards and general accounting principles in a customer service environment required. Good communication, teamwork and customer service skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred. Must have experience using 10-key adding machines, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have working knowledge of other basic office machinery.         documented attendance or disciplinary issues will receive an additional one-time payment of $1000.
      • The maximum amount of hiring incentive that an individual employee may receive is $3,000.
