What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a customer-focused representative, providing assistance and information to members, providers, and hospitals
- Utilize knowledge of plans, products, and procedures to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction
- Handle high-volume calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Navigate computer systems efficiently to manage multiple tasks during interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the CST or PST time zone
- Experience in a production environment
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based setting, such as a call center or retail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role demonstrating empathy and compassion
- Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments
