What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
- Utilize knowledge of plans, products, and procedures to assist members, providers, and physicians
- Maintain a positive public perception of the employer through effective communication over the telephone
- Manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, transaction-based environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the EST time zone area
- Experience in a production environment
- Customer service experience in a call center or retail setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience

- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
