What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process orders through traditional and E Prescription delivery, updating referrals and patients throughout the process
- Verify all necessary patient data, equipment, insurance data, diagnosis codes, and referral source data
- Enter patient data into billing software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform Revenue Certification and/or Pre-Authorization activities prior to deliveries
- Inform patients of co-pay responsibilities and equipment rental or purchase information prior to delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Competency in processing sleep therapy equipment orders and general DME knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
- High level of skill in working with computers and various software programs
- Ability to plan and organize work for effectiveness and efficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service within the healthcare or medical equipment industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with various stakeholders
