What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately process customer transactions in the order entry system, including orders, quotes, and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer and territory interactions and generate necessary reports
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Develop strong relationships with customers and sales representatives to enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Veterinary Assistant or Vet Tech in a clinical setting
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems
