- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm, Wednesday 11am - 4:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00pm - 8:00pm, Thursday 11am - 4:00pm

- Available to work from the Melbourne office, 357 Collins Street Melbourne, once a fortnight.
- Training will commence in January with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 25 hours per week for just over 2 weeks. Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
- Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
Do Work that Matters
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.
