What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service while running the register and cashiering
- Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program as needed
- Maintain high standards for store appearance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance while interacting with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Capacity to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer care
- Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous retail and customer service experience
- Experience as a sales associate or cashier
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to offer suggestions
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to help achieve daily goals
