      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and manage order entry
      - Place customer orders through various methods including telephone, fax, email, and in-person
      - Negotiate sale prices and adjust pricing for non-contract customers to maximize profit
      - Maintain appropriate inventory levels and source products from various inventories
      - Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and expedite backorders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Reliability, organization, and attention to detail
      - Moderate computer skills, including information processing and product searching capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Product knowledge in the distribution and supply chain industry
      - Experience in customer service roles within a similar environment
