  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process internal and external customer requests via fax, telephone, mail, and email
  - Communicate with team members to resolve customer concerns and build effective relationships
  - Review order entries for accuracy and provide timely updates on customer inquiries
  - Take ownership of inquiries, utilizing all available resources to find solutions and follow up proactively
  - Collaborate with peers to enhance customer experiences and share best practices
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Service with external customer interactions
  - Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
  - Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and internet troubleshooting
  - Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a remote work environment
  - Familiarity with analytical and problem-solving techniques
  - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
  - Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
