What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve inbound calls regarding routine financial questions, inquiries, and account statuses
- Meet or exceed quality expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to schedule, ensuring prompt availability for calls
- Handle complex calls effectively, referring high-level issues to appropriate resources
- Perform additional duties and campaigns assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of inbound, outbound, or related call center experience in insurance or banking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions
- Proficiency in operating a computer and basic office equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college coursework in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Typing speed of 40 WPM accurately
- Proficiency in operating a 10-key calculator by touch
