      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing
      - Respond to inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts
      - Attend training and obtain licenses to transition to the next level
      - Provide input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
      - Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions, support, or service
      - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)
      - Demonstrated experience with PC software applications
      - Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred but not required
      - Up to 10% travel required
