What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach to qualified patients while adhering to confidentiality policies
- Articulate clinical services effectively to engage patients and encourage program participation
- Perform data entry and document calls accurately
- Maintain productivity levels to meet customer satisfaction and performance goals
- Handle a multiple line telephone system and triage calls accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for various shift schedules
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Sales experience
