What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurance companies to assist with various inquiries
- Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
- Build strong relationships with providers by delivering information positively
- Document provider issues to facilitate trend reporting
- Assist in developing knowledge of products and benefits to better serve providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to successfully complete Customer Service training classes
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 7:00pm CST and Saturdays (on rotation)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Previous experience handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Prior pharmacy experience
