What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming calls regarding benefit eligibility and prescription status inquiries
- Educate callers on prescription benefits, formulary, premiums, and claims
- Document required information accurately in computer systems while actively listening
- Identify issues and communicate solutions to customers, pharmacies, and physicians
- Make outbound calls to customers concerning prescription orders and payment issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends, between 7:00am - 11:00pm EST
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools
