What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to provide information, take orders, and address complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
- Resolve service or billing complaints and ensure appropriate changes are made
- Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups, responding to customer routing questions
- Communicate with customers regarding product recalls and service improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Experience in food service distribution is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; CRM/Phone Technology experience preferred
