What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise members and clients on financial products and services tailored to their needs
- Educate clients on policies related to life, health, critical illness, disability, and accident insurance
- Assist clients with group benefits, including prescription drugs, vision, dental, and extended health care
- Provide support for claims processing and policy modifications
- Foster loyalty and build strong relationships with members and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Bilingualism in French and English is required for certain roles
- Relevant training and experience combinations may be considered
- Availability to adapt to changing work arrangements based on business needs

- Experience in customer service within the financial services industry
